At Jetpilot, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your water and action sports adventures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is unused and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
